Um, you know, I don't think so. My parents were the baby boom generation and I'm a gen-X, and our values are similar, although I believe they are slightly more conservative than I am.We like a lot of the same music, etc. I still see teenagers wearing Nirvana and Led Zeppelin t-shirts, so the generations come together with the youth today.There is less of a gap, I believe.

The only real difference between generations is language and its many forms, ie., music, fashion, etc., which are constantly changing. The rate of change is about the same as it has ever been. If you don't keep up, then it seems to move faster.

you can blame anything really,
internet, celebrities, video games, but tthe world was wilder
30 years ago, the gap is closing, actually, as m,ore age groups appreciate each other.
