Yes but it has to fit their body.It cant be baggy or hanging off of women's butts.A turn on for any man nomatter what you wear is tight fitted clothing period.It has to be your size because so me girls,no offence do have big butts.Thight jeans or capris will give that illusion and will arouse any may who is straight.Trust me I know.I am a man.Also you have to have some nice shoes.quiet as kept the first thing a guy looks for when he approaches a girl is her shoes.If her shoes are tore up they wont want you.P.S. a nice shirt will do the trick.

YES, I THINK THAT CAPRI PANTS WILL LOOK GREAT ON ANY FEMALES LONG AS THEY HAVE THE CORRECT SHOES TO WEAR WITH THEM. IF YOU REALLY THINK ABOUT IT, US FEMALES WHO SPENDS TIME ON FASHION TRYING TO LOOK GOOD OR HOT OR SEXY OR JUST PLAIN CUTE, ITS NOT COMPLETLY DONE UNTILL YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SHOE THAT GOES WITH THE OUT FIT. SO ITS ALL IN THE SHOES LADIES:)

i personally don`t like capri pants.
but i think they would look okay on thinner girls.

I agree with the short legs answerer. I feel weird when wearing them because I am 5'2 and they look like high waters.
