The content of this novel is still under copyright so you're not likely to find it online anywhere (I couldn't), but it's a classic and should be found at any public or college library in your area.

Have you looked in www.gutenberg.org? It has most of British Literary Classics, but also Ibsen and some french authors, so it may also have Camus' L'étranger.

go to your local library and ask a librarian for help
they can request that particular parts via InterLibraryLoans

and usually it doesn't cost a thing... if so... not very much
