search for "ultimate Boot CD" (or UBCD). It's a Cd image you can burn on a blank CD and boot from it. You'll have lots of FREE tools ("shredding" included) to choose from. As a rule of thumb: apply at least three times the wipe/erase procedure in order to minimise the risk of EASY data retrieval. If you want to completelly make the data irrecoverable, incinerate the disk. The high temperatures erases all magnetic fields.

Information off the hard disk is pretty much always retrieveable. Unless you destroy the platters of the Hard Drive. There should be some freeware programs that would make it harder for someone to retrieve the information. But, for the love of god dont put anything on your computer that you wouldnt want your worst enemy to see. Just a rule of thumb.

Hmm.. it relies upon. in the event that they are basically dating for sexual crap or with the aid of fact every person else is dating, that is stupid. yet while they are particularly mature and particularly want to get to be responsive to the guy and be with them, it is nice. yet I definitely do no longer think of 14-15 twelve months previous adult adult males are mature sufficient or waiting for a solid dating. a number of them are. i became 14, almost 15 as quickly as I went out with my first boyfriend and he became sixteen. this would not make me a ho, i became basically extra mature than adult adult males my age and that i in my opinion cherished the guy I dated and needed to get to be responsive to him.

I'm not an expert, but I believe if you erase your documents and then defragment the disk, they're not recoverable.
