Most likely England because first of all they are from Europe and plus they have very good players. However I wish for Iran or Italy succeed but the reality is that England is the better side this year and if Rooney makes it in the 2nd round then WOW definitely they win.

Brazil will win if they can put up a defense that is a match for their awesome offense. Age old problem with Brazil at World Cups are great offense, not enough defense. Great individualism, not enough team play. That said, Brazil figured in the last 3 World Cup Finals (W-L-W) so props to them and they have to be considered favorites. I like England's chances. They have world class talent but need to win games and score goals to justify their favorite tag. Argentina is another favorite. But historically, World Cups held in Europe favor European teams so you have to like the chances of France, England, Holland, Italy, Germany, Portugal and Spain - the traditional european powers. My Final Four are Brazil, Argentina, England and possibly France.

In terms of skill and squad strength, definitely Brazil. Very well-rounded team with fantastic players in all departments. Even though their samba attack and flair usually dominates the headlines and discussions, their defence is tip top too.

But watch out for England cos i love them and they've got Wayne Rooney =P

I hope England lifts the trophy but I guess Brazil will dominate once again.
