Those companies are scams. You have to pay them for the "kit" and all you get is a few pages of instructions that tell you to make money by scamming others just as you've been scammed. It basically says to post ads for jobs stuffing envelops, require an upfront payment, then send them info about doing the same thing to others.

I recently posted a question that was actually a complaint.

You have to watch out for anything that claims you can work at home. I signed up for a company to take online surveys, and bam! I have been charged with over $80.00 of hidden charges.

I personally think that there is no easy to grasp, work at home jobs. Just sites claiming you can make easy cash, and then eat every dime they can get out of you. So, sadly enough, you probably will not find one of these jobs.

I have to cancel my credit card because of this. They will most likely keep charging me random charges, and they will not reply to my emails, or let me cancel my membership.

It is a major scam. You can check with the BBB or Google " envelope stuffing scams" . This is one of the biggest rip offs out there. You have to pay up fron to do this so that is a clue that it is a scam.
