First of all I'm a gay guy around the age of 20. At work, there is this other gay man around the age of 35. I don't know why, but I have the strangest feeling that the man likes me. I'm not that all sure if he really does like me, but I just feel that he might like me. I would say that I have feelings for him too because I get butterflys in my stomach when he is around or near me. Again, I have this feeling that he likes me, but then again he might not. What do you think?

I think some guys are shy or they can't handle rejection, and he actually likes you but won't tell anyone he does until he knows you do, so I would be open and just talk to him, probably alone so that he could be truthful and not hold back. If you find out that he doesn't like you, atleast then he will know you like him and respect the fact that you do like him and maybe he will he will respect you more and quit flirting as much.

This doesn't sound like a good idea. Office romances are off limits and he seems too old for you. Is this your first crush you are thinking of doing something about?

I think you should ask.
You could use the old coy girly trick "If you don't stop looking at me like that I'm going to start thinking you've got a crush on me."
Or something like that.
