all of my freinds say that whichever girl is gonna marry you she'll be the luckiest in the world, b'cos they say girls like shy boys and i'm very much of that sort, they say i can get VERY POSSESSIVE and that's what girls like best, they also say that i'm like those high class ppl in Boston, very sophisticated and very romantic. Are they just making fun of me or is it serious, or sarcastic comments ???

I don't think girls want a shy guy. You should have your own friends and be ok with or without her. As for being "VERY POSSESSIVE" we HATE that. Sounds like a future stalker. "Very Sophisticated" could mean stuck-up & that's a bore. So being romantic is the only thing that you've got going for you. Sorry but I think they're making fun of you. Get new friends.

This all depends on if your "friends" are really people that you can trust about any issue. Might they just be trying to get an emotional response from you? Anyway, thinking about whether this girl who marries you is going to be "lucky" isn't something you should be doing until you have a girl to apply the thought to. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.
In fact, it is said that in cases of true love, both partners think that they are the lucky ones.

There may be other reasons why they say that the girl who marries you is going to be lucky. Obviously the romantic end is one of those reasons, but to be honest, friends (if they are true friends) will be serious in saying that.

If you are possessive, that isn't good. That can lead to physical abuse. No woman likes a possessive man and if she does she has problems as well. The only way a lady would be lucky if you are a mild mannered, caring, sensitive, non-abusive man.
