I think she got a lil cranky.. but I just gave an honest opinion. She said is tht a compliment to a girl? I said its not a compliment, then she said I am running home. I think she didnt like it but I didnt really mean to hurt her by saying tht. And she is not a fatty but she probably ate a lot over the week. My argument is had this been told to her by a friend who was a girl this wdnt hv been such a big issue. Or did she expect me to say u look beautiful fatty. lol.

Well I would probably get mad too! You do not just go up to a girl and tell her she is getting fat! You should go up to her with flowers or something and apologize! You need to tell her she is beautiful and that you would never mean to hurt her and that she is perfect on your site!! *~GoOd LuCk~*

i really do not think i would of said anything... she probably already knows she has put on weight... but a girls weight or a womans weight can be a touchy subject.. actually it is even to me at the age of 53.. it is just that a man seems to want a model anymore and it is hard to be a model at 53.. i think you should love someone for who they are inside but at the same time try to take good care of your body and weight.. a person should try and do the best they can exercise, stay clean, and most of all be pretty on the inside...hopefully she will forget about it and you will go on from here.. but you might want to get her to get with you and try to get more exercise.....but just try to be careful things like that if you really do care for the other girls feelings...i think she will have to go through more rough things in life than that, so well i guess the best thing to do is get her into more activities....

Generally, it is safer to restrain from advising in these days as it is not taken in that spirit by the receiver (it may be true for you and me too). However, there are famous quotes touching 'falsehood', as follows:
I believe it is an established maxim in morals that he who makes an assertion without knowing whether it is true or false is guilty of falsehood, and the accidental truth of the assertion does not justify or excuse him. Abraham Lincoln
He who conceals a useful truth is equally guilty with the propagator of an injurious falsehood. Augustine
What is the difference between unethical and ethical advertising? Unethical advertising uses falsehoods to deceive the public; ethical advertising uses truth to deceive the public. Vilhjalmur Stefansson

NAW, YOU DID THE RIGHT THING. HOLD YOUR GROUND MAN, JUST CAUSE SHES A FEMALE DOESNT MAKE YOU WRONG FROM TELLING YOUR FRIEND THAT SHE GAINED A LILTTLE WEIGHT. IF SHE REALLY IS A FRIEND SHE WOULD OF OR WILL RESPECT YOUR OPINION FOR ITS YOUR OPINION ONLY AND NOT HERS. LONG AS SHE COMFY WITH HERSELF IT SHOULD NOT BOTHER HER. IN THE LONG RUN SHE'LL LOOK AT HERSELF AND IF SHE SEES WHAT YOU SAW SHE'LL THANK YOU CAUSE SHE WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER WEIGHT. SO HOLD YOUR GROUND YOU DID A GOOD, ID APPRECIATE THAT ANY MALES BEING UPFRONT AND REAL LIKE THAT. NOT TOO MANY MEN WILL DO THAT CAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID TO HURT US FEMALES, PLEASE MOST FEMALES NOW ADAYS ARE NOT SO SENSITIVE AND RUN HOEM AND CRY CAUSE THEY GOT TOLD THEY ARE FAT! JES BEIN REAL LADIES!

I girl who is overweight sees herself in the mirror everyday. Finds herself growing out of her clothes. She knows she put on weight. No need to tell unless it gets out of control. In a time where girls are throwing up everywhere to keep their weight down, you need to be a little careful how you say things like that. That's how appetite disorders start.

Nothing wrong in it man. If she has put on weight then no harm in telling her so, even though girls always want to be told that they look absolutely beautiful all the time. Hold your ground
