Randomly my windows switched from having the windows appear as I move them to having the gray box as I move them and it's extremely annoying, how do I change it back. :) I'll love whoever can help me change it back!!!!

in xp:
right-click on 'my computer' icon, choose 'properties', click the tab 'advanced', 'settings' for performance, check / uncheck 'show window contents while dragging', click 'ok'. Have fun :-)))

Try this first!
If you have win 98
Go to windows explorer or my computer, then view, then folder options, then view, then down to "show window while dragging"
If your problem persists after that you have a conflict that needs correcting.

1) Backup your files.
2) GO to Start
3) All Programs > Accessories > System Tool > SYSTEM RESTORE
4) Restore ur profiles to an early date (before your problem occurs)
