Well now, that's because your parents love you very much. Be grateful they care as much as they do!! Seriously though, you are only 11. There are many different kinds of love in the world. The way you love your pets, your parents, your friends and other family. True love doesn't come into your life until somewhere between high school and after college, maybe even later when you're 60 years old! Everyone is different when it comes to love, but my best advice, and I'm sure that of you're parents too, is to wait. Hope this helps!

At your age, you are less likely to be "liked" back or truly respected by this person. This is especially true if he or she or is also your age, because they may not be mature enough even to understand that you're serious.
Also, it's easy to become a victim if young and relatively inexperienced in the world (esp. if person is much older than you).
