Well if it's your first it's all about preparation.
Outline your whole class, and try to include as many things as you can think about.
One technique is "The Best Possible Scenario". Start by first imagining what is the worst that could happen. Then the best that could happen. Then try to visualize all the elements that make it a best scenario. That best scenario becomes your target/goal. Finally develop a strategy that will work towards your target.
One thing is for sure: confidence can't be faked. Fake confidence just becomes arrogance. The best way to have confidence is to know what you are doing. Then you don't need to worry about how you look like because it will become apparent you are focusing on what you are doing.

Your confidence comes from within. The fact that you are in instructor puts you in high regard with those around you. In some ancient societies the title "Teacher" was the highest place a person could reach. You may have a self esteem problem but try to remember that you are you and you belong and are a good person. You are good enough, You are smart enough and doggone it people like you. Daily affirmations by Stewart Smalley from SNL said it best. Just avoid the horrid sweaters he used to wear. Take care and take a few deep breaths and tell yourself you can do it !!!!!!!

Set a goal. Write it down. Make steps toward the goal - research, plan, and DO. If you meet your goal, shoot for a higher goal next time.
If you don't, revise your strategies, and try again.
Confidence is knowing that even failure produces positive results, and gettin' it right is just a bonus.

Learn your material. The better you know it (I mean ALL of it, not just the books), the more confidence you will have. Never be afraid to ask questions, and always try to learn from your pupils.!

Winners, see what they want to happen,
Loser's, see what they want to avoid.
It is a self-fullfilling prophecy,
What you expect is what you get.
remember this motto and carry it with you for life. Abide by it and you can achieve anything you set your mind to. If you have your goal in your head and your heart you can do miracles.
