i really need to find out who my doughter is talking to. there are alot of preditors out there and i want to protect my baby girl. no matter how much i beg, she WILL NOT give me her password but i know her e-mail.

Respect her and her privacy - she needs to know that you trust her to make good decisions. If you're going to be paranoid, pretty soon you won't want her going to school, either. Besides that, she'll start rebelling against you and start screwing up intentionally just to irritate you and draw her line in the sand.
Even if she messes up someday, you can't make her feel guilty for each and every mistake she makes - just help her learn from them. In the meatime, have a talk with her about Internet predators and help her see your concern. If you present it to her as an ADULT and not a paranoid, overbearing parent, she'll respect your concerns (even if she gets whiny about having to "listen to that stuff").

Just view her MySpace account! Go to MySpace and click on search. Then on Find A Friend, type your daughter's e-mail address and you are done!!!!

well why would you need to know her password to protect her. wouldnt a nice talk about wierdos better than invading her privacy. bsides if i were her i would make a new account and give you that password so that you would feel better and i could still have some sort of private life.

While she is using MySpace get her to get out of the comp ((make an excuse like she needs to do something)). Then you quickly sneak into the room and check whatever you need to check ^_^

Try asking one of her friends to see on their myspace. You can check her daughter's comment list and see who she talks to.

search for her on Myspace with her e-mail address, that way you can atleast view her homepage and know the kind of comment gets from people and the type of friends she has on there

Take a baseball bat into her room, tell her if she doesnt get you on her account that you will smash the computer to pieces.

Go to My Space and enter her name.You'll have to go thru the names but you'll eventually find her and you can see her entire site.They have a page to help u find My Space customers.
