some jewlers buy them back or you can take it to a pawn shop or ebay just make sure to have all documentation and pics

I would suggest Ebay. Jewlers and Pawn shops will pay you severely less for it than you did when you first bought it.

Have it made into a peice of jewelry oran addition to an expensive pen- or whatever-but do it for yourself. After the jeweler is done it won't even remind you of her. You paid for it-enjoy it!
