Are there any websites that have illustrations of the genitalia of hermaphrodites?

Dude, I mean really, how the hell is is even possible to have both male and female genitalia? How?? I don't believe they exist at all, personally.

Just do a google search engine for the word Hermaphrodite or genitalia oddities. Yes they do exist, In the past 25 yrs in the medical field, I've actually seen two of these people. Do not poke fun at them, do not harass or ridicule them. They are as normal as you and I. The only difference with them is their genitalia and mammory glands. As for how it happens there are a few opinoins out there on the subject. The best one is that during gestation, the cell starts to divide into twins and then stops. Giving the one fetus different chromosomes of each hormonal genus as a boy and a girl. And it forms within the child as a dual helix of genitalia.

is genitalia of hermaphrodites when a person is born with born the male and female organ??

its a birth defect... some cases is because the organ was suppose to be a penis but because it was too small for it to even function so the genitalia of hermaphrodites occurs.

I dont know about any websites about it but there are documentaries on it.

The correct, more modern term is "intersexed individual" and most don't have complete sets of both kinds of genitalia. It could mean a few things, from chromosomal abnormalities to having both testicular and ovarian tissue somewhere in the body. It's sort of a birth defect (affecting maybe one in ten thousand people) and so it's not identical on everyone who has the issue. The most important thing to know is that most of these folks are living normal lives, standing next to you on the cheese aisle in wal-mart. The second most important thing is that intersex babies should not be surgically altered - don't cut anything off that they might want later. You can't tell how the person will develop with puberty; what hormones will dominate. Try researching intersex. You will learn a lot.

they do exist. how is it even possible? its a deformity like anything else a human can be born with and it happens bcz of all the hormones and crap we eat, live with, breath, drink...

the problem with that is most of the times the dr's choose one sex to keep the hermaphrodite with but as he/she grows up, they find out that they picked up the wrong part to represent the gender!!

when i was too young we had a neighbor with that case. i never knew about it except a couple of years ago i saw our pix with her and asked my mom how did she pass away. she told me the story that the "girl" was born with both organs and the dr's back then said that they'll have to wait until she's older to operate. after she was 9-10 years old she was taken to the hospital and the stupid dr messed up with her thing and blocked something in there which made her not able to excrete wastes so she was poisoned and passed away immediately. it was so tragic bcz 1st, it's a bad ending for a young person and 2nd, her parents never told anyone cz they had the hope that one day it'll be fixed and nobody will have to know what their daughter had but when they had to tell people how she passed away, everyone was shocked and blamed the parents for not telling them!! i mean do our kids' weenies have to be checked by people when they're born??!!

It is not only very possible but quite common. 1 in 50 people is born with both parts or confused parts or a mish mash of a couple of different parts. Not only is it common enough to have MANY websites, but you may have been born that way and not even known it!! Most parents opt to have the surgery too early on for their child to know about it.

I'd ask my parents if I were you. I know I felt better knowing that I myself had both parts at one point. But I'm all sewed up now.

I'm certain if you do an unfiltered google or yahoo search you'll come up with some. By the way, not all hermaphrodites have obviously seen double gender. Most are internal: ie male with internal uterus, female with undescended testes.

Oh yes..it exists. If a third arm could grow out of a wee baby...genetalia can certainly become confused.
I would do this. Go to google..search for "Hermaphrodites"
I am not going to do all of the work for you. But there it is.

Google hermaphrodite in gooogle images. You will get lots of pictures. It's not like you have fully grown organs of both sexes, I don't think, but a beginning of a penis in women. Something like that.

we all start out as a both sort of when you add testosterone the wolfian ducts get saved from deletion and you become a guy. so if anything doent work out strange things can happen. plus you can make comparisons of female and male parts depending on how you look at it.

No. In this day and age, hermaphrodites are surgically cured at birth.
