There is no kind of technology with the ability to physically crush matter to black hole densities, but there's an easy away around that. Einstein showed us that matter and energy are equivalent, so you can also make a black hole by pushing a huge amount of energy into a tiny volume. For those kinds of experiments, there's an obvious choice: particle accelerators.
Scientists are becoming increasingly confident that they will be able to create black holes on demand, in quantity, using the new atom-smashers due to come online in the next five years. Some estimates suggest that the new Large Hadron Collider at the European Center for Nuclear Research will be able to create an average of one black hole each second. LHC will bombard protons and antiprotons together with such a force that the collision will create temperatures and energy densities not seen since the first trillionth of a second after the Big Bang. This should be enough to pop off numerous tiny black holes, with masses of just a few hundred protons. Black holes of this size will evaporate almost instantly, their existence detectable only by dying bursts of Hawking radiation.

Yes. You've boiled down the reason for most modern technology. Who had the better brains working for them and enough funding for the project?

There is a strong probability that you have already accomplished what your premise has outlined----I am suggesting that you may have that very entity right now between your ears----even though there may be a problem to say for long-term--your ability to control it--------

You could probably do it in the future but not know. It would take a LOT of energy, but I still can't say that it would be practically possible.

Yes,anything you can imagine is possible if you believe it is! You can go back in time, forward in time,be two places at once and the ability is in your mind. There is nothing going on out there independent of what is going on in here, your mind.

Many scientific advances that have been made in this century would have been called impossible a century ago. Who are we to say that this isn't possible as well?

HIGHLY doubtful. If our sun were to blow up, there wouldn't be a black hole. You need a GIGANTIC star (supernova) to blow up in order to create one. I doubt mankind will ever be able to create and manage one, when we don't even know EXACTLEY what it is.

You could probably do it, but the mathematical calculations required to make sure you didn't end up killing yourself would be practically endless.
