Your chances of risk are minimal as long as you are otherwise healthy. RIsks and genetic issues generally start rising in percentage after you are in your late 30's.

If you have any special concerns, try talking to your doctor about it. He or she can closely monitor you accordingly. There are also various tests that can be run during your pregnancy to ensure that there will be minimal genetic issues.

The risks of what exactly? The older you are, the higher your risk of not conceiving in the first place. There appears to be a link between older age of a woman and her risk of having a baby with Down Syndrome; it rises steadily as a woman ages, but it still pretty low even at age 45. The older you are (and the more kids you've had), the higher the risk of conceiving twins, too. Again, *all* of these are pretty low for women of *all* ages.

Unfortunately each women at any age is at risk when they conceive.
But 33 is not old, according to statistics you just have fewer chances to get preggers quickly as a 20 yr old
But that depends on you and your husband at the end of the day

Good luck and dont give up!

Really in truely I don't think thier is a big risk. If your body can't handle having a baby at 33 you wouldn't be able to conceive.

33 is not old! You have slightly higher risks than a 20 something but nothing to be concerned about. 35 and over they may ask for an amnio to be done but that's your choice. 33 is YOUNG nowadays to get pregnant!

It probably depends on genetics. ALso it probably wouldnt hurt to have one of those amnio tests done to be on the safe side.
