You probably feel that way because he gave you nothing in return. Get with your own age group and do things that nurture you and no one else unless coincidentally. Learn as much as you can , knowledge will stand you in great stead and dispel your fears and help your self esteem so that you can hold your head high. Don't ever give a part of yourself to another person unless you are absolutely sure you want to and more importantly have the wisdom to make such a decision. You are very young, learn to live, learn about you and learn how to be happy. Talk to older people you will learn much. Ditch these other people they don't care about you and cannot offer you anything as they are also too young to have learned anything. The very best of luck Jules, lecturer. Australia.

Based on your question I'd say probably. Thats why we older adults try to tell teens to be careful having sex. It's not just about the orgasm, and love, there is a lot of responsibility. Talk to a qualified therapist to get in touch with what you are feeling. I guarantee that in time, the worst of the feelings will subside.

rebound sex will never amount to the genuine sex you have with someone who deeply loves you and cares for you--this is why you feel worthless. losing your virginity to a random hook up will be regretful, especially since you're reacting to a recent breakup. don't feel worthless, though...people make mistakes; the only way you can rise above these mistakes is to learn from them. i really hope you do not have these random hookups anymore because it may be dangerous; if you still want to do it, protect yourself and use a condom, birth control pills, etc. Good Luck

Sure, if you were not ready or pressured into it. If you are still hanging with these people though, it is time to let them go. Try talking to someone to help you through this difficult time. A close friend, teacher, parent or internet friend, could provide you with closure to move on and recover fully.

It's not the end of the world. Just resolve to be your own person from now on. Don't do things just because everyone else does.
If things feel wrong, then they probably are. Go with your gut.
Don't look back with regret, look forward with hope.

WELL - LOOSING UR VIRGINITY IS FOREVER....U LOST IT. HE GAINED PLEASURE AND NOW WHERE IS HE? SEE? YOU ARE THE ONE WITH THE BAD MEMORY. HE RAN AWAY WITH A GOOD MEMORY. THE MEMORY OF "I SCREWED A 14 YEAR OLD WHORE" - YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO MAKE UP FOR IT.... START AGAIN. REGAIN YOUR VIRGINITY SPIRITUALLY AND GIVE IT AWAY TO THE RIGHT MAN... BUT WAIT THERE IS A CATCH. WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE MARRIED!!! ENJOY YOUR LIFE AT THE MOVIES AND SHOPPING. STAY AWAY FROM SEX, ESPECIALLY AT 14

In short, yes. It would explain feeling worthless. However in telling you this I will remind you that you are a very precious person. Each one of us is, no matter what we've done.

you probably did that stuff because you were sad about the breakup. try to find someone your age who is not just temporary. don't worry about the virginity, you have to lose it eventually. love is more important
