Always make time for each other. Later, you'll be apart for long periods of time, but never loose touch. Nobody knows you better, and (no matter what is said), unconditional love ONLY exists within the family!

i think a family is well-bonded when the members trust each other - when they can tell everyone everything about themselves. hanging out with a family member and talking to everybody make a family really strong. the members also need to support each other in whatever problems they face or roads they take. they need to be able to rely on each other when crisis falls onto them. they need to be able to devote themselves to one another.

Putting family in higher place than your own concerns. Doing things together. Church or Synagogue can certaintly strengthen it as well since they reinforce my first two points.
