anyone else thing Carolina's hiring hitmen to bring opposing teams down? Come on, six Buffalo guys mysteriously get really bad injuries, now Roloson? What's going on here?

I agree with wmp55. I watched it live, and I watched the replays. That Edmonton player has got to be kicking himself over that one. He clearly knocked Ladd into the goalie.
Here's a quote from the Washington Post: "Roloson was hurt when Carolina's Andrew Ladd carried the puck into the Edmonton zone, cut across in the front of the net and was met there by Edmonton defenseman Marc-Andre Bergeron, who unloaded a big hit from behind that drove Ladd into Roloson."

Unbelievable game. Carolina might sweep now with the loss of Roloson and wth Conklin blowing the game like that.

Bergeron slammed Ladd into Roloson and the Oilers got unlucky. When Erik Cole was slammed into the boards, it was no accident.

Tonights game was great between the Canes and Oilers. Theres a real happy witch somewhere that likes carolina and put a spell on the opponents!

The only thing that I see that is going on is that you are a cry baby because your team is not winning. Get over it. It isnot like you are related to the guys. Getting hurt is a part of the sport so shut up, get over it, and carry on.
PS - GO CANES!
Also - Everyone needs to stop boo-hooing over the fact that Rol's own teammate was the one who caused him to lose both of his nuts and get kicked out of the playoffs. Get over it.
It happens. They need to get a hal-a** back up such as Carolina for cases like this and stop being big babies about it.

ummmm. roloson got hurt cuz one of edmonton's players slammed into one of carolina's players who slammed in to roloson who got sjlammed into the goal. yeaaaaaa it was kinda his own teammates fault.
