1-Simon Cowell... definitely!
He has the VISION, and sometimes, I believe he's looking forward toward the future for each contestant... way SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much in the future that only few people can accept why his comment was brutally mean and cruel (sometimes)...

i have to go with Simon Cowell. he tells you as it is, the other 2 are just too nice, the contestant could be the worst singerand they would say oh it was good it was good, but it actually stinks. Simon will tell you the honest truth an hes not scared

in order has you have it. Simon is so annoying and all but he's hilarious. Paula is so cool and pretty. Randy is a nice guy sometimes edgy but cool

I personally like Simon Cowell.
He's not afraid to give an honest opinion and doesn't worry about being "politically" correct in sugar-coating everything.

As much as I hate to say it.....#1. ONLY because he has an ear for talent. He might be mean and rude AND inconsiderate, but he does know what he is talking about. #2 is high or drunk every night and way to emotional. Plus sometimes you can't understand a thing she is saying. #3 says the words....Dogg, Dude, Alight.. WAY to much. I thought he was cool at the beginning, but man, the talk drove me nuts. Also, he didn't give a fair judging to some of the contestants when they honestly deserved better.
