Try drinking a little milk or taking some Tums before bed for you heartburn. If you have someone ask them to rub you legs before sleep, take frequent rest with your legs raised and the cramps you feel may be Braxton Hicks contractions(harmless)just your body practicing for labor. To relieve the pressure visit the restroom more often, it will drive you crazy but it may help also if you are able buy one of those pregnancy belts or use a long cloth to give you some support. None of these things mean you will have early labor, its just your body adjusting yet again. You still have some time left before that day comes.

I hope not, since 29 weeks is only 7 months and one week. The doctor's stopped my labor 3 times (at 6 months, 7 months and 8 months). Baby needs time to develop unless you want him/her to have to stay in the hospital for an extended period. Lungs develop fully last. A couple of weeks early is okay, but not months dear......If you feel labor pains go to the emergency room immediately......Lack of vitamin K causes leg cramping- bananas are a good source. Heartburn is a symptom of pregnancy and with some you have it and some you don't....Take care!!!!!

Guess this is your first pregnancy. These are normal symptoms. I dont have a good advice for cramps but here's something about heartburns:
The heartburn happens because the junction between the stomach and esophagus relaxes. Furthermore, the growing baby/uterus increases pressure onto the stomach, favoring regurgitation of stomach contents into the esophagus. You can overcome this by:
a. Avoiding food high in oil&fat / spicy food at dinner&supper
b. Wear loose-fitting clothing
c. Try to sleep with two pillows - elevate your head&chest compared to stomach
d. Stop smoking
e. try magnesium trisilicate (under doctor's supervision, of course). this compound isn't absorbed by your gut so u dont have to worry about your baby

Sometimes the cramping in the stomach can be serious. Have the doctor check you out. My sister-in-law had some cramps in her stomach and the doctor said she was fine, well come to find out she wasnt. That night after the doctor visit, about 11:00 pm, she delivered her dead baby in the kitchen on the floor. We finally found out that the placenta was to small for the baby. Sometimes it can be serious, so I recommend you talk to your doctor. You never know, it may not be anything. Good Luck and congrads on your baby.

I am 28 weeks pregnant with my second...the heartburn is normal....leg cramps too (i've gotten both just today)....as for the pressure....it's probably braxton hicks contractions or the baby streching out (thats pressure for sure) but im sure you havn't dropped yet....if you were going to go into premature labor, you wouldnt drop. So rest assure, you are fine...just pregnant

You will see a HUGE difference when the baby is born!! As soon as the baby starts to suckle the milk will just flow!! And as for 'beckaboo' saying it hurt so much much that's why she never breast fed, well that's just ridiculous, yes it tends to hurt a bit at the beginning but if you want the best start for your child you will push through that and you will be fine and baby will be happy, good luck to you xx And remember breast is best!!!!
