I don't eat much but still I have chubby legs. Don't tell me to stop eating things like fruit or meat because I have to eat to grow.

"because I have to eat to grow," certainly implies that you may perhaps be in your adolescent or teenage years. Your concern of "fat legs" may mean that you have a typical "pear" shape body. Pear, meaning that you are smaller on top, and heavier through your hips, thighs and buttocks, giving you the appearance of "fat legs." If you wish to tone your legs, there are certainly great exercises for this. One is the bench step up. This targets, legs, thighs and buttocks. If you don't have an exercise step, any step in your staircase will do. With one leg stationary, and the other leg at a 90 degree angle, push off with the bended leg, and pull straight leg to the top and return for 3 sets of 12 to 15. Squats and lunges are also great toners. I am 30, and let me tell you, the teen girls today are so much heavier than my generation. It may be the fatty foods consumed, with excessive amounts of soda and coffee. Although you do think it is important to eat and I agree with you, you may wish to discuss a healthy meal plan with your doctor that includes fruits, veggies, lean cuts of meat and ample nutritious snacks. The key to losing fat and toning involves a substantial amount of cardio exercise, weight training, and a healthy and clean diet (not starvation).

You probably don't excercise enough. Start running or jogging regurly. Try to go go like at least 4 times a week.

And if you snack alot then STOP. Only have your 3 meals a day and nothing but water inbetween!

Your best bet is to exercise. Riding a bike works great, so does walking. And dont stress so much, I have been told that I the things I think are fat and unattractive, no one else even notices...

You are what you are. Please accept that and dont waste your life worrying about such things as fat legs. I hope you live to be 101 and have a life so happy do die with a huge smile on your face with hundreds of loved ones around you. Then worry about how fat your legs are :)
