A serious suggestion, no offence meant, but high time to ponder:
Never ever let your employer know that you are seeking suggestions to plan your daily life, grow systematically in life. Because your employer would repent having employed you - a person who is even short of senses to plan his "daily life".
It seems you have not grown mature enough with your age. You have started working - reached a particular age atleast 18 +, still you don't even know how to plan/manage your daily life?
Have pity on yourself, arise, awake; realise yourself!! Be a responsible person to take care of yourself, and if possible contribute for the good of the society in the time to come.

Dude, you havent specified your work timings. If you are a day-worker do not stretch beyond 6 - 7 pm. and if you are staying with your family, spend more time with them but if you are staying out there with friends, chat. If you are working over-night, get some good sleep. and chill out the rest of the day. Do not think about work when you are away from office !

If ur working full time job right and u haven't been overseas or long holidays. All u need is ask ur boss i need one months holiday so i can go to overseas and see the world. Or tell ur boss i need to get out from this country for a month and see the world.

well you will leaving for work in the morning, show 100% committment towards your job andt when you return in the evening just have a shower and spend some time with your family and friends. have a good meal and get to bed early. and on weekends you can party and hangout with friends.
