Could you clarify your question?
EDIT:
Read the answer carefully from Leviter_atin... It is good.
Really look at the website s/he provided.
Also, I recommend you look at at least one book about evolution- "Finding Darwin's God," by Ken Miller. Miller is a Christian and a cell biologist. He does a VERY good job of explaining how science/evolution are NOT incompatible with Christianity.

>>>if there ws really evolution dont you think they would have
>>> found a mechanism in the state of evolving
They have found literally millions of mechanisms in the state of evolving. I will gladly list some examples, with references, if you wish to see them.
>>>dont you think they would have caught lets say a (just
>>>speaking hypothetically ) a bear into a dog
No, I don’t think that. Dogs didn’t evolve form bears, nor bears from dogs. Ursids and canids share a recent common ancestor but dogs did not evolve from bears.
>>>Scientis say that one evolved from the outher
No, scientists do not say that and have never said that. You can not name a single scientist who has ever said that. You are simply making that up.
>>>dont you think they would have found a preserved animal in
>>> the rocks some where going throu the transitions
We have found hundreds of thousands of animal forms preserved in the rocks going through transitions, see the link below if you would like details.

If you were able to translate a humans vocal chords into a bear, then it may be possible to have a talking bear... If you transplanted damn big wings onto a pig, you may be able to have a flying pig.
Bears and Pigs do not have the intellectual ability to talk or fly.. Their brains are not suitably developed..
So in order to get this happening you'd have to transplant a human living brain into a bear or a pig..
What you would have then is a human who looks like a bear or a pig.
There is one thing that spurs evolution on.. This is the fight to survive. Influences on this fight are decided by the environment and what happens is the ones best able to survive changes in the environment do not die out.. This is the way evolution happens.

Yes, yes of course there were ancient scientists who decided to help us out and set up a nice little display by burying dead evolutionary related species in limestone, then putting that somewhere that it could fossilize and be found by their successor scientists thousands of years later. Can't you just see it now, a chunk of rock with single celled organisms fossilized on the left and then going right seeing slightly more complex species' fossils?
There HAVE been fossils found showing evolutionary steps in certain species. Not all species have been found since not all fossils have lasted through erosion, earthquakes, etc. Yahoo! or Google a bit and you should find some.

I believe the "mechanism" you're referring to would be best described as nature adapting to life's conditions. You can call the driving force of these adaptions by the name of God or Mother Nature, whichever floats your boat.

As you might surmise, biologists have caught evolution in the act numerous times.

Scientists and explorers are still discovering species that are alive today! Why is it so hard to believe that ALL extinct species haven't yet been discovered?
