Besides retailing, U can do data conversion homebased job thru internet as is being done by me. It is conversion of pdf file into ms word doc. To get this job, one should be resident of India and proficient in ms word.

be good at what you do. Remember, anyone can work hard. It is not just working hard, its your personality and attitude. You also need to play business politic. Get on your boss good side without brown nosing and just say yes to everything... PS, just get your degree...4 years of school is nothing compared to working at the same lever for 25 years or more.

Always do more than is expected. Become the "go to" person. Dress for success. Always use proper grammar. Do not watch the clock. Don't take your troubles to work. Your light will shine if you turn it on. Just focus and work smarter not harder...your financial future depends on it.

Set sales records, be helpful to customers so that they tell the management about it, show up early and work late. Your work ethic will be rewarded. My son went from being a clerk to managing the store because he was very good at his job.
