With Hoodia I lost 4lbs the first week! After a month, I'm down 13Lbs!

Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been show to work.
Many people go for the low cost scam Hoodia and have no results!
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
You can read a good article about how it works at:

Choosing a good diet pill is a hard decision for most because there are so many out there but some really work. To slim down a little and maintain weight loss the CaffeTrim program works best. Thats what I used after other diet pills didn't work for me

**EDIT** Would you mind clarifying what you mean by, "...Green Tea pills but i think it realy maintains me."

Do you mean that you are not continuing to gain weight while you take these pills? Have you started any type of diet or exercise program?

There are many different diet pills that do many different things. You should do some research before choosing a diet pill. Some people have adverse effects to certain diet pills. You need to read the labels and find out what you are putting into your body.

If you are really serious then think carefully on my answer that is based on experience. Consume nothing with sugar in it; try to eat only bread products made with whole wheat (avoid processed flour products such as pizza, pretzels, etc); no soda pop with sugar; eat all the meat you want; walk or ride a bicycle. Once the weight is off continue to eat and bike the same way. I dropped 18 pounds in a month's time and have not gained it back in three and a half years.

I use diet pills, and i am not addicted, i think they do me very good. A couple years ago when my husband went away to basic training for the army, all i wanted was to surprise him when he got home with a new look. In the month of February I ordered 2 bottles of "powerthin" and when he came home in May.. I went from 153 to 127! I was so happy with myself for the first time in my life. Its a miracle pill for me. And its your life, so if you want to go with diet pills.. that's what id recommend. I wish you luck on losing weight and feeling better. I wont criticize you.. b/c i know how it feels to badly lose weight and try a diet pill, I'm with ya. Its your decision. Good luck. :-)

Ephedra is very bad but very good. 90 pounds in a lil over a year. That and borderline anorexia. Take breaks every few months from the pills or you are gonna have a bitcha time getting off them.

well you know that a little bit of exercise is the key to it!! but what i use for just the energy part of it is hydroxycut!!! they have a day and night formula so that you wont get gittery at any time after the first day!! drink only water or juice i like white cranberry strawberry by ocean spray!! but what ever you like just watch the sugar eat plenty of lean protein like chicken and fish not fries!!! eat salads and veggies because of the fiber in them and the natural sugars that you body needs. also take a great multi vitimin!! something that says like active in to name like the one by one sourse at walmart called active womans or mens i forgot which you were while typeing this hahaha lol and that should help you will pee alot but thats good!!! and dont be afraid to sweat!!!! its the calories melting off

Ok forget about the diet pills, they are just as bad as taking drugs. Just exercise, drink lots of water, and eat healthy.

There are no good diet pills. Most are made up of a few "herbs" and alot of caffeine, and most have never been tested to see if they really work. If you want to lose weight, then set up a good diet and exercise program.
