Don't get a reduction! Go to a proper lingerie store and get a bra professionally fitted and moulded to you! I'm 5' 4" with 36Ds and I can attest to the fact that they can be annoying, but do you really want to give up an asset most women would kill for? A properly fitted bra should make all the difference - it may be possible that you're not wearing the right size or that you're an unusual shape. Try it; it'll cost less than a breast reduction. Then, if it doesn't work you can properly consider surgery!

You don't think you are pregnant or you know your not pregnant. Aching brests can be a sign of pregnancy. If it continues you should go to the doctor.

Could you be doing some exercise or activity without properly securing your breasts?

You could be lactating. You could be growing. You could have a tumor or and infection. You check WebMD.com. You should go to the doctor. You shouldn't ask us. We're not doctors.

Are you on your period, or about to be? Have you bought a new bra recently? Look at them, and if you notice anything unusual or any lumps go to the doctor!

Hormonal changes can cause that (and are 99% likely to be the cause). You are probably close to having your period.
