lets say like10 years or more down the road, or lets go a little bit earlier in the future to when Bush is out of office. Is it on the road to destruction or the road to prosperity? Are we turning into a communist country, and the fact that we are being run by a dictator right now is beside the point.

I think we will be sad, broken, and weak. There will be so much animosity built up between dems, and reps, gays, straight, black white, it is all going to split off into their own little groups. I don't know how it will ever be united again. It's gone so far down.

We'll be cleaning up the financial mess left by the bush administration, and still trying to find an easy way out of Iraq that doesn't involve abandoning them. US will no longer be the #1 super power because China will be, and no one will be able to afford to drive their cars, since gas will be $6.75/gallon. There will be rediculous ammendments to our constitution created by bush and the republicans that will seem to go against the 1st ammentment all together, so they will just abolish the 1st. Of course I'm being over dramatic here, but I do however feel like we will be spending quite a number of years cleaning up bush's mess.

HAH! You think Bush will be out of office in 10 years. Elections come up in November 2008, and we will have another "Terror Attack". Then we have to "postpone" the elections, because if we were to change presidents now, it would be sending the wrong message to the troops, and emboldening the enemy. But then the attacks keep coming, but it becomes unclear weather or not it is terrorists, or patriots. Civil War breaks out. Meanwhile Bush is raping Lady Liberty as his base watches and cheers him on.

I see the U.S. having so many strange laws (like a possible amendment banning gay marriage), and strange practices (like a giant wall between the U.S. and Mexico) that social studies books in every other country in the world will explain how Americans are weird and how their country has crazy policies.

I'm REALLY worried my son and daughter won't live in the same, wonderful America I grew up in. I do see an end coming, though. How did the Romans feel towards the end?

Well your dollar is overvalued and your economy is strained as far as I know, so I have to assume the U.S. will enter some hard times. Good luck.
