According to the rumors they don't like him because they are Catholic and don't agree with the fact that he got Katie pregnant and they weren't married and that he helped Katie convert to Scientology.

Yes it is true that Katie's family doesn't like Tom Cruise. Even though when Tom answers this whenever he is asked in interviews (like the on on CNN) he says no we are fine and get along well...blah blah blah.....The truth is, is that they are not. It is so obvious even without asking questions. Katie's family is strictly Catholic and are southern and follow traditions in strict rules.
I agree with stmmay87. I cannot believe he is not letting Katie take medicine for her baby blues. "they are just making excuse..blah blah...."-tom cruise. Maybe we should have him deliever a baby and see how he turns out.
In the magazine i dont remember which but it was one that was 25 cents it should a picture of Katie holding hands with tom with this sunglasses on, at a premire of Mission Impossible III. It turns out that Tom made Katie go to like 3 different premires of the movie leaving Suri at home resting while completely tired Katie has to walk the red carpet so her crazy husband can make millions.
Poor katie. I wish the best for her even though she probably got herself into all this mess.

I agree with Amanda it's sad that people even care. Lol so I'm a hyprocrite cuz I like reading gossip magazines.
Well I wouldn't like Tom Cruise if I were her parents either. He's a good actor and I like his movies usually but he seems controlling and a bit crazy.
I mean look at KAtie. He seems like he is controlling her. He's trying to make her convert to Sciontology. He made her have her baby under all these crazy sciontologist rules. Ok she had a epidermal (I think thats what its called...where they give u a shot in your spine to numb the bottom 1/2 of your body) just because Sciontology thinks its bad if the baby hears the mother screaming in pain. Ok WTF. They have lots of other crazy rules like that.
And because they had a baby and arn't even married yet.

first of all Katie holmes is from a southern family with stricked beliefs, and they don't like the fact that Tom is older than their daughter, and the fact that he got her pregnant before marrying her, do i have to go on!!

b/c he is a womanizer and he talks all that mumbojumbo about women make and excuse for the way they behave after having a baby... he is a jerk in that respect cause let see him spit out a baby and not be sad afterwards

Because she"s alot younger than her and I think mostly it"s his religious beliefs or lack there of! He has completely swept her off her feet and now she"s had his baby! I think he controls her thoughts and her emotions!
