Schedule a visit w/ your respected plastic surgeon. He can guide you in the right way. I had a breast reduction done, and it was the best thing I ever did. Went from like a G cup to a C. My back thanks me! :)

Weight loss, if you have big boobs you dont want to jog! If they are over bearing - you have back problems and so on check with a plastic surgeon in your area and go for a consultation and see if a breast reduction is right for you.
