a million. hear to what i'm asserting instead of asking prescripted questions. Did it take place to you that no longer each and every guy or woman calling is a finished moron and that they did examine the failings which you're scripted to ask before they ever even talked approximately as. while explaining what i've got already checked, this is notably traumatic to hearken to a reaction of "Did you examine (despite I merely have been given finished asserting I checked)" 2. I agree. 3. although, it is likewise below powerful to call and say "i'm getting an errors" so a minimum of have it written down so which you will supply the surprising errors while/if asked. 4. Heaven forbid absolutely everyone could attempt to be personable or well mannered. 5. "Screwed up" isn't powerful. the place the particular situation lies could be. 6. I agree. 7. familiar rule of thumb is call whoever made it - hardware OR application smart. I do ought to disagree once you assert you do no longer use the internet to fax - there are countless internet and e mail based fax classes. 8. nicely, in fact, there are lots of cases the relationship matters are no longer "merely me". 9. confirm that the comments areas are basic to navigate so no one HAS to call to offer that kind of suggestion. 10. relatively, you gets a commission to assist human beings set issues up so stop complaining. in the event that they choose help, that's what you're meant to be there for. 11. I agree 12. I agree 13. sure 14. do no longer assume that i do no longer understand desktops, probably greater suitable than you, and seek advice from me as such 13. Being rude and not listening makes me % to return right down to the call middle you're sitting in thinking you're smarter than me to knock you off your chair.
