They suspended my account for a reason that was so vague that i never really knew why. i was trying to sell something that i really had and was totally honest about the product. when i tryed to contact them, there was only dead ends. no live people and emails are always to vague and not specific to your personal account. Someone needs to do something!! what is the deal? i am sure that i am not the only one that has had this happen...am I???

That has happened to before as well, I have my selling account connected to my checking account and for 1 month ebay charged me double for my selling fees, and I couldnt talk to anyone about it only emails, and that live chat crap. I have stopped selling and buying things on ebay, because for one its such a large company there should be a way to contact someone, I mean these people have direct access to our most confidential things, and the most they can offer us is an email??? And second almost every seller on ebay jack up the shipping costs on their items, I am starting to hate ebay for that, so just stop doing business through with them, its absolutely rediculous!!!

Internet companies pride themselves on being strictly internet. If they have phone service, then customer service would drop. I mean, taking care of millions upon millions of transactions is taxing enough, why add phone service?
They don't have phone service because they have to track back a lot during a transaction. They get 100,000+ complaint a day, 24/7. If they were to add a phone service, that's going to drive them out of business because then they would not be fast enough to handle the tons of e-mail and have to raise rates for auction posting? Get outta here!
The best thing to do is to send an e-mail and wait. While it may not sound practical, if they were to add phone service, then it's an excuse to raise rates... and THAT's not practical.
