Anthing by Sanyo. They have won awards by one of the top independent product testers, J.D.Power and associates. They are amazing phones and will give you the best reception with the Sprint network. They are extremeley durable phones and I have never had a customer return one on me.
P.S. Verizon is not any better than Sprint. they basically use the same network (CDMA) and I think Sprint offers better plans...

Depends totally on what features are important to you, and what your budget it. Most of the phones are flip style, all have text messaging -- so you've got to wing it from there. Camera phones -- LG 225 is a great basic camera phone. The Sanyo 3100 was just released about a month ago, and if you want the ready link services, probably your best bet would be the Sanyo 2300. The A 900 -- Blade, comparable to a Razr is good as far as being Power Vision enabled (but everyone and their dog has one.) Just depends on what you like, go to the store, play with the handsets, see which one works for you.
