Who of you have ever had acupuncture & did it do any good?

The Dr thinks I could benefit from this and I am not so sure??

If you can afford it go for it, I tried it years ago at a student clinic and it was great. Unfortunetly i can't get there anymore.

yes, and it helped some. also had trigger point injections with a med injected - it did nothing. just depends on reason for treatment . each person is different. good luck hope you get some relief.

i did. it was very relaxing. you should try it, it's actually painless
