pulling a G is when say like you turn really sharply in your car going fast, and the feeling of being thrown to the sides of the car is pulling G's. one G is the force of gravity. fighter jet pilots pull G's, and sometimes they black out because there is no blood going to the brain.

It depends how you are moving. The G forces are created by acceleration away from the perpendicular source of gravity. This is what causes centrifugal and centripetal forces. The combination of all these forces will create a vector of forces on your body that is a composite of the directional vectors of all the other forces. Actually was diagnosed with this today. The area was damaged with blood clots during a 3rd pregnancy in the lower right leg. They showed me on the ultrasound when they didn't push it was blue, push and it turned red, which means the reason I have pain in this portion of my leg is because the blood does flow backwards due to damaged valves from 20 years ago.

G's are the force of gravity 2 g's is 2x the pull your body is made for the force of gravity and your heart can't pump that hard to keep it all up top....fighter pilots who fly high G missions wear pants that cut off some circulation to the legs to help combat this
