Do your homework before doing business in a particular country. Its not enough to check to see if they have laws in place covering "proprietary", you need to see if they are really enforced.

In the event that you are going ahead and do business in a country outside of your own, then ensure that you comply with all the laws regarding the appropriate registration of the proprietary that you are concern about.

I do not let other people tour my factory, no matter what they say.
