I can understand how u feel and ur right. This islander is something that belongs to u even b 4 u met her. So in order to make sure that nothing happens to it if somethinghappens to u and her u should have her sign. Because, better safe then sorry, I know lots of females may get mad at me being a female myself for say what I said but it's true. She may very well go after it and she may very well win so have her sign the dotted line. If she refuse then may be u should think about living the single life

Excuse me? If she doesn't want to sign it you can't make her sign it. If you trick her that's fraud and it's still invalid, and criminal. Besides most states, if it's yours before marriage, it is yours during and after - community property states if you used community funds, then you could be considered to have brought it into the community. Besides, what does her signing a prenup have to do with your cousin living in your parents alleged house? What about a lease agreement?

If you feel your relationship is strong enough to stand a pre-nup then go for it, if not see a lawyer about making a will or signing something that gives someone else you trust, control of your estate and everything therein

Wouldn't asking her to sign a prenup be the same as placing a price on your love for her ?

it really depends on how much you have too lose. If you have alot
to lose than yes. How much do you think paul mccartney wishes he did. I didn't and we got divorced and it wasn't bad, but all cases are different and sometimes it will offend the woman.

Sounds silly, Prenups are more about protecting your money or realestate.
