I am only about four to five weeks pregnant and I feel pressure on the bottom part of my stomach almost around my vagina.... Is that normal????

It is not pain, it is more like small cramps, no bleeding or funny discharge... But very light cramps (on and off)...

you shouldn't feel anything different, it could be gas, you may be extra aware of your insides because you know you're preg. See the doc if you're worried. Good luck, and congrats!

It could be because your body is preparing to make room for your growing baby, I had horrible cramping and stabbing pain around there too till about my sixth month or so... Just take some Tylenol and if it doesn't go away ask your Dr about it.. and you can also try changing positions if your sitting or laying down.. Got o www.storknet.com it's a great site that tells you what you should be experiencing every week of your pregnancy!

It may be an infection. I had cramps similar to that when I was pregnant and it turned out to be an infection. If you are worried you should go get checked out. Worrying is not good for you or the baby. I wish you luck and a happy, healthy pregnancy and baby.

I had the same thing the pressure could be from the baby getting bigger i was scared to i called my doctor n they told be it was normal but if u have extreme cramping that brings u to ur knee's call the dr it could be a tubal pregnancy. (attachment to the wall in the fallopian tube)

Yes because that's where the baby attach itself. You're fine,if you don't see any spotting and your not experiencing any pain in your lower back or down your legs you're fine, just keep your legs elevated.I'm going through the same thing.I'm also about 5 or 6 weeks.

I'm at 4 weeks and have the same feeling, i'm told it's implentation cramping, but it feels more liek a biting feeling to me then anything else and it feels like it's right in my cervix. It's probibly all fine, but don't ever feel weird about asking your doctor stuff, they love it, it's why they became doctors :)

There are so many aches and pains that you get when you are pregnant. Unless you are bleeding or have extreme amounts of pain, I wouldn't worry about it. Just smile and get ready for the beautiful baby.. :)
