When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle, You've Got Mail, There's Something About Mary, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Serendipity, Must Love Dogs, Elizabethtown, Garden State, 13 Going on 30.
These are some of my favourites. I guess some might be better categories as romantic comedies/dramas but all have plenty of romance and humour. :) They're not necessarily in preference order. I just listed them as they came to my mind. I truly enjoyed them ALL!
Two of the most under-rated on my list (at least seems that way to me) are Elizabethtown and Garden State. I highly recommend both! (I think one of the reasons for this is because I highly identify with the zany, idealistic female protagonists in both movies. Those roles would be perfect for me! *blush*)

Failure to Launch. It comes out on DVD later this month, that was a pretty good movie. Also if you haven't seen The Notebook, then you must, that's my favorite movie. Another good one that isn't so recent is The American President with Michael Douglas and Annette Benning. That one is so great! =) Hope that helps!

"Ever After" is a good one if you like Drew Barrymore. "Alex & Emma" is also funny & cute.
