Agree with above that it's buscar, but with one clarification...if you're looking for a person, you need to use the personal "a"...so then it would be buscar _a_ alguien

Buscar....any other translations needed freetranslation.com is a must it helped me pass Spanish 2!!! Hope this helped. Plus they dont only offer spanish but italian , german, chineese, russian. Makes great pick up lines as well.

"Buscar" means to look for. Remember not to get confused with "mirar" and "ver". "Mirar" Means like "to look at" something and "ver" means "to see", not necessarily directly looking at it. I figured that this question would be under languages.
