Avon foot works stuff is good if you have it on hand but if you need a quick quick fix either put lots of vaseline or face cold cream on your feet then sleep with socks on. It should be absorbed by the morning but if not wipe w/ a paper towel. Wipe well b/c it can get slippery.

This also works w/ dry hands just use gloves.

Try soaking them and wrapping them in a hot towel, then ... yes lotion. I'm not sure if this will work if only a certain area is dry. In that case you may want to try scrubbing off the dry skin with a stone.

Smother them in vaseline or hand cream, any kind of moisturizer, and put socks on overtop, preferably right before bed so they stay on all night. Works wonders.

Are you sure you don't have athlete's foot? The drug store would have stuff for that if you do.
