Well, first, take ten minute breaks every hour, so you don't develope carpletunnel, or ligament problems. Also, plenty of rest each night will be needed, at least seven hours. A good idea would be to take a nice bit of ginsing, a natural stimulant that won't harm the body. This will help you to not become tired. Also, sit up straight, wrists up, feet firmly on the floor in front of you. This will keep you from developing any joint, muscle, or ligament pain, and reduce your chances of developing problems later in life.

every hour or so look around the room or get a drink and snack or something. you need to relax your eyes. otherwise you'll get migraines.
