Running and crunches. Also suck in all the time and eventually you wont have to anymore your body will do it naturally and then you can get ride of that irritating wiggly stomach with out having to have a six pack.

stomach crunches,and running or fast walk even for just like 15 min. a day is good for you and you're stomach,hope it helps!!!
