Growing old.
If a person becomes attached to their looks due to the positives that come with being a "hottie", they will have difficulty watching their beauty fade as they age.
They may become very unhappy with themselves when people no longer find them attractive because they didn't work at being beautiful on the inside.
Or worse, they may discover that the people they surrounded themselves with who made them feel like a hottie, only liked them for what was on the outside.

The only hard part would be turning away all of the attention.Women who are hot including myself dont mind getting attention. Some attention is good, but when you get it all the time it gets frustrating. Strangers, honk, stare, and want to touch you and that is when it kind of gets personal. But on the flip side, you should be proud that you are hot, I mean you have been blessed, and you can use it to your advantage if you want. One thing is for sure, no one is a hottie forever, so enjoy your Hotness.

The hard part about being a hottie is fighting off the men. Sometimes men get so obsessed. When they get obsessed they get aggressive. So don't get caught up with no obsessed man even if he is the cutest man you ever seen.

Letting people know that, there is more to you besides your looks. Just be yourself and be confident. Also, be thankful that you are considered a "hottie". Take care of yourself, so that you are always a hottie and don't take it for granted.

Well, I wouldn't know exactly because I'm not considered a "hottie" except by one or two people at my school... so I'd say it'd be attracting the perverted idiots that I can confuse with one sentence. <-- Now that is fun to do; confuse idiots who ask me out. I think that shall be my new hobby.

The worst part for me is other women being catty to you just because you happen to be pretty. If these girls would put half the effort into improving themselves that they put into hating us, they may just find that it is fun to be a hottie! And don't worry ladies, we are not after your men. Trust me.

A lot of people will only like you because you look good, instead of seeing who you really are. Some won't take you seriously. People will try to use you. You may also get hurt a lot in relationships by people who like you for the wrong reasons. People with low self esteem will talk about you like there is something wrong with the way you look.
