Can't make it grow? If you mean in size-length, don't worry, it will grow alone. Just give him time. Don't obsess with the size of your penis.
If you mean you can't get an erection... then you should go to a doctor. It might be embarrassing to tell to your parents to take you to a doctor, but is for the best.

Some guys don't have a large penis. Just concentrate on using it correctly when the time comes to be with a woman and make sure she gets hers off. Good luck.

Relex and take it easy. Its a body part and will grow in its own time just like your height etc. There is nothing you can do to make it grow.

your penis will continue to grow as long as the rest of your body grows, give it time, you are probably just a slow starter.

It will grow by itself. Your penis size is predetermined at birth. Whatever size your dad has, will most likely be yours.
