You are giving me bad flashbacks of my youth. lol
I doubt they will ever run a marathon of that show because it hasn't got a strong enough fan base to warrant it. Not many people want to see Punky Brewster for they believe she deserves to be left in the 80's sitcom era.

I don't know what happened to it, but I do know that they won't play a marathon because it would be such a wonderful event that nobody would go to work or school and they would have to make a national holiday. There's too much lost productivity.

I liked that show too. Soleil Moon-Frye was Punky, and she also played in the series "Sabrina, Teenage Witch" as Sabrina's best friend Roxy.

I wish tv land or nick at night would do marathons every weekend of shows like that from when we were kids.

It wasn't my favorite show, but it was COOL!! I heard she has a son now!! Try writing or talking to a TV station that usually brocasted it or get the DVDs, or rent the DVDs.

How weird! I was just thinking about that show on my way to work this morning! I miss it! I wonder if maybe you can find it out on DVD now. It just wouldn't be the same if they remade it. It has to be the original girl!

It either ended or got cancelled, and there must not be enough of a fan base (though I disagree) to put it into re-runs.
