a dog..more fun to play with and you can do more things like take them for a walk or run and play fetch with..

I like horses, but if you're looking for an inexpensive pet, I say hamster all the way. You should research about different pets, ask your friends, maybe. They probably know you well, or can give you some help or other advice. It's up to you what you want.

I like horses but they are a lot of work and you might not be up to the responsibility of owning a horse you have to pay a lot of money for the bedding and for the food and a lot of other things because their is tack fees and stable fees depending on where you live I have two horses and ride every day for at least two hours so you may not be up to the challenge so if your not then I would say get a big dog I have a big australian shephard.

Other people's pets may not be suitable for you. How much space and time do you have for your new pet? How much money are you willing to spend not only on the initial purchase/adoption, but also on upkeep, housing, food, vet costs, etc?
THOSE are the things to keep in mind, not what animals other people like.

Dogs. My favorite dogs are those that are rescued from a shelter. Purchasing a dog froma breeder is great, but rescuing one from the pound (and maybe worse) is by far the best.
