My ipod is screwed up..help!?

my Ipod doesnt paly songs that i have bought from the itunes library, and only plays the songs which i got form CD's!

You must always "update iPod" after you add new songs from iTunes.

You need to log in with your name so that iTunes recognizes that you are the correct user/.buyer of that song. Go into Help for more specific info. It should come up if you right click on the song, however.

take it back and exchange it for another one they will only ask for the reseat .....
