cant log into a secured site?

When i access a page that is secured, i get the PAGE CAN NOT BE DISPLAYED when trying to log in. What should I do to correct this?

You have to accept the SSL certificate if and only if it is a secured site. This being: Some stuff you have to take into consideration. The enabling of javascript and the click of the active x control (if using internet explorer)

If you can't see the page, you have to allow SSL within your internet options.

If it still doesn't work. Your browser is faulty or The website doesn't work!
